There are several great car seats on the market, but how can you tell which ones are better than others? I get this question a lot, and there are only a few ways to answer it. What I look for are the reviews, the ratings, and the features. If someone would recommend their child's car seat to you, then I would think it's a pretty good one.

What you want to keep in mind is that just because a car seat is expensive, it doesn't mean that it's any better. In fact, some of the cheapest seats on the market are some of the highest rated! This is especially true for brands like Cosco and Evenflo.
